Terms of service
Last updated November 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Clubbly app and clubbly.app. By using Clubbly you agree to them.
What Clubbly is
Clubbly is operated by Narvaez Dev LLC. Clubbly is a platform that lets guests request and pay for table reservations at venues, and lets venues manage floor plans, reservations, staff and payouts. The venue, not Clubbly, provides the table, the service and the event. Clubbly is not a party to the arrangement between you and the venue beyond providing the booking and payment tools.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract. Venues set their own entry rules, dress codes and door policies.
Accounts
Venue staff accounts must use accurate information and be kept secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Owners control which team members have access to a venue.
Reservations and payments
- A reservation is confirmed only when you see a confirmation in the app or by email. Table minimums are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By saving or using a card you authorise us and the venue to charge it for amounts you agreed to.
- Tips, booking fees and the venue’s table minimum are shown before you confirm. Final charges may be settled after the venue closes your tab.
- Some venues take payment outside the app. In that case Clubbly does not charge your card.
Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel a reservation free of charge until the end of the day before the reservation date. If you cancel on the day of the reservation, or do not show up, your card may be charged the table minimum (or your tab total if it is higher). Venues may offer more generous terms, which will be shown at checkout.
Venue responsibilities
Venues must give accurate information, honour confirmed reservations, comply with the law (including licensing and age rules), complete Stripe onboarding to receive payouts, and are responsible for their own taxes and their staff’s use of Clubbly.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Clubbly: no fraud, fake bookings, scraping, interfering with the service, attempting to access other people’s data, or using it to break the law.
Our rights
The Clubbly name, app and site are ours and our licensors’. We give you a limited, personal licence to use them under these terms. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Disclaimers
Clubbly is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any venue will be open, available or meet your expectations. We are not responsible for what happens at a venue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Clubbly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to Clubbly in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to its courts, unless local consumer law says otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept them. Questions: hello@clubbly.app.
